A body of elected seven-member Board of Directors carries out the management of the gi-Cluster.
The goal of the gi-Cluster management team is the smooth and successful implementation of the cluster’s Business Plan, offering tangible benefits and equal development opportunities to all of its members.
The Board of Directors, which includes a representative of the Facilitator, five business members, and a representative of the university and research bodies,
provides the strategic directions and participates in the planning and implementation of the gi-Cluster overall objectives, monitors and contributes to the proper execution of the planned actions,
The Board of Directors has delegated general management and coordination responsibilities to the gi-Cluster Manager.
Additionally, the work of the Board of Directors is supported by individual experts who have been assigned specific management and supervisory responsibilities to provide advice and support services in specialized areas for the optimal development of gi-Cluster.
